Work With Us
With 350 employees, our Gloucester-based, purpose-built headquarters houses a ‘brilliant factory’ delivering Original Equipment Manufacturing of propeller systems plus maintenance, repair and overhaul services. In the offices sit customer services, engineering, sales, marketing, management, procurement and finance functions.
A further 100 employees are employed globally in our repair and overhaul facilities in Virginia (USA) and Brisbane (Australia), on-site at civil and defence customers, and as roving field services engineers offering repair and overhaul to customers around the world.
Across the pond.
We may have sites across the world but all of our teams have the same commitment to ensuring our work is of the highest quality and our company culture is supportive and fulfilling for everyone.

STEM Education Programmes
We partner with three schools close to our UK headquarters in Gloucester to offer STEM-based educational activities. Barnwood Park, Henley Bank High School and Coopers Edge Primary schools benefit from age-tailored introductions to engineering subjects and practical activities as well as life skills such as mock interview practice. Each of the schools has also been donated a Dowty propeller, which they see as a piece of ‘cool engineering’. We promote careers in engineering at schools’ careers fairs and events such as the Cheltenham Science Festival and Gloucestershire Kick-off.
