In Dowty Propellers’ continuing effort to deliver the best possible customer experience, it has launched a new online portal for operators of aircraft with composite blade propellers – enabling quick and easy access to technical documentation on the propeller systems.

The Technical Services Portal incorporates resources previously provided via the myGEAviation site, and brings new features and enhancements for users, including: access to the latest, automatically-updated Dowty Propellers’ publications; browsing by publication type, document and chapter, along with homepage links to the most frequently viewed documents; information on new updates and details on current subscriptions; as well as technical support contact information.

Now available at the following address: https://techservices.dowty.com, current subscribers to the myGEAviation site are being automatically added to the Technical Services Portal, with existing login credentials continuing to be valid. A user’s guide is available in the portal and can be accessed without the need to login.

Further information on the Technical Services Portal can be found on the Technical Publications page. Development of the Dowty Propellers Technical Services Portal will continue during 2021, with enhancements planned to its functionality and customer support, plus the addition of the metal blade propeller technical publications.

This follows Dowty Propellers’ launch earlier this year of its e-commerce spare parts site for the R408 propeller system that equips De Havilland Aircraft of Canada’s Dash 8-400 regional airliners (https://sales.dowty.com), with this digital sales portal offering live inventory updates as well as the functionality to place and track orders.
