Henry Johnston, Dowty Propellers’ President and General Manager, discusses the future of aviation propulsion and reviews his aerospace industry experience as the latest participant in the “SoGlos 10 Questions” challenge – a video series providing key insights from business leaders around the English county of Gloucestershire.
Johnston, who was appointed Dowty Propellers’ President in July 2020, is leading the company at an interesting time, as propellers are one of the technologies leading the charge in the electrification of aviation. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer, and completed a Master’s in Business Administration.
